Ingredients:


Lumpia:

  • 2 cans sardines

  • 1pc carrot

  • 1/2 cup malunggay leaves

  • 1/4 cup raisins

  • 2 tbsp chopped kinchay

  • 1 onion

  • 6 cloves garlic

  • 1 pc egg

  • 1 tsp ground black pepper

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour


Sauce:

  • sardines sauce

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 2 tbsp calamansi juice

  • pepper to taste

  • slurry (1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water)
