Tipid Ulam: Adobong Kangkong

  • 6cloves garlic

  • 1 onion

  • 250g ground pork or ground beef

  • Pepper to taste

  • 1/2 cup vinegar

  • 2 tbsp soysauce

  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • Chili (optional)
